Does applying guarantee a space?+
Your application and payment reserve the selected vendor level while ADW LIVE completes category and compliance verification.
When do I pay?+
Immediately after submitting the application. You will continue to secure Stripe checkout without leaving the ADW LIVE vendor flow.
What happens after payment?+
Stripe sends your receipt, and the ADW LIVE team follows up with onboarding, agreement and document requirements.
Is power or equipment included?+
No. Vendors provide their own equipment, fixtures and power unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
What do food vendors need?+
Food concepts must hold all licenses and health permits required for their operation and provide proof before the event.
