1. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, attendee details, business information, application responses and communications with ADW LIVE. When you purchase tickets or vendor participation, payment information is entered directly with Stripe; ADW LIVE does not store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use information to process registrations, operate events, deliver confirmations and important service messages, provide customer support, maintain safety, manage vendors and competitions, prevent fraud, improve ADW LIVE and meet legal obligations.
3. Email and SMS
Transactional messages may be sent to complete or service a purchase. Marketing email or SMS is sent only when you provide the applicable consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts.
4. Analytics and cookies
Essential browser storage supports site operation and remembers your privacy choice. Optional Google Analytics remains disabled until you select “Accept analytics.” You may change that choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We may share only the information necessary with providers that support hosting, payments, communications, data management, analytics and event operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business transaction.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, disputes, safety and legal requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, opt out of marketing, or ask a privacy question by emailing heather@adwlive.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Children and updates
This website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should submit information for a minor when required for an event. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
