1. Acceptance
By using this website or purchasing from ADW LIVE, you agree to these Terms and any event-specific rules shown during registration. If you purchase for another attendee, you are responsible for providing accurate information and sharing applicable terms with that person.
2. Tickets and registration
Every attendee must hold valid General Admission unless ADW LIVE states otherwise in writing. Competition and Trunk-or-Treat registrations are add-ons and do not include admission. Tickets may not be duplicated, altered or used for unauthorized resale, promotion or commercial activity.
3. Payments, fees and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices and any applicable processing charges are displayed before payment. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchases are final and nonrefundable. If ADW LIVE cancels an event, purchasers will receive the remedy described in the cancellation notice. Dates, hours, programming and participating vendors may change.
4. Event entry and conduct
Admission is subject to venue capacity, safety screening, posted policies and lawful instructions from staff. ADW LIVE may deny or revoke entry for unsafe, disruptive, unlawful or abusive conduct without refund. Guests remain responsible for their property, children and animals.
5. Vendors and participants
Vendor payment reserves the selected level while category fit, agreements, licenses, insurance and compliance documents are finalized. Placement is determined by layout, guest flow, category balance, safety and operational needs; premium placement does not guarantee a specific spot. Vendors provide their own equipment and power unless confirmed in writing.
6. Content and intellectual property
ADW LIVE, its Worlds, names, logos, graphics and site content are owned by or licensed to ADW LIVE and may not be copied or commercially used without permission. By voluntarily submitting content, you confirm you have the right to submit it and allow ADW LIVE to use it to review, administer and promote the relevant relationship or experience, subject to applicable law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADW LIVE is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party services or event participation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to heather@adwlive.com. We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Material purchase terms in effect when an order is placed continue to govern that order.
