Our approach
We aim to provide a website that supports keyboard navigation, clear focus states, meaningful headings and labels, readable contrast, responsive layouts and text alternatives for meaningful images. Our ongoing goal is alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible.
Event accommodations
Accessibility needs vary by person and experience. Contact us before an event with questions about routes, seating, service animals, sensory considerations or another accommodation. We will work with the venue and event team to provide reasonable access.
Need help?
If something on this website is difficult to access, email heather@adwlive.com with the page, the problem you encountered, your preferred contact method and the accommodation that would help. We welcome feedback and will respond as promptly as reasonably possible.
Compatibility
For the best experience, use a current version of a major browser with accessibility features and assistive technology kept up to date. Some third-party services, including secure payment pages, maintain their own accessibility practices.
